At Ortho Rejuv Shop, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. All orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Shipping Errors & Delays

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact customer service within 7 days of delivery at admin@ortho-rejuv.com. Be sure to keep the packaging and product for verification with the carrier.
